The strategic goal of the project entitled RMS-Recruitment Management System by the Originator of the project, This system will be used in for in-house process called Resource Management. of potential candidates for AIM CC Clients, in order to post these caliber consultant into relevant positions, demanded by vendors and clients for specified skill set examples of illustration may include software engineer for MS.NET 2 years experience, Oracle 10G DBA 5 years experience as a Oracle senior DBA. On the other hand, Project Manager 8 years experience under domain financials and HR.
The consultants or candidates will be posted at client side by a special process in place, which is in turn called as RMS; the user hierarchy for candidate placement is broadly divided into two modules.
